Our dual chamber furnace includes a preheating chamber designed to minimize distortions during the tempering process. This technology ensures that the glass maintains its clarity and structural integrity throughout heating and cooling. We handle glass up to ½” (25 mm) thick, providing the strength and stability needed for various applications, from architectural elements to high-performance glazing.

Our furnace supports the heat treatment of various coatings, including:

  • High Selective Coatings
  • Hard Low-E Coatings
  • Magnetron Coatings
  • Pyrolytic Coatings
  • Double-Sided Coatings

This versatility allows us to meet diverse project requirements and ensure optimal performance of coated glass products.

To further enhance the safety and reliability of our tempered glass, we utilize a Heat Soak Test chamber. This testing process minimizes the risk of spontaneous breakages due to Nickel Sulfide (NiS) inclusions, adhering to the stringent EN 14179 standards.
