Main responsibilities

• Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and technical problems.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of technical and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a maintenance person in industrial settings, preferably in glassworks or similar industries.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skill in teamwork and good communication.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency calls.
